Dark Crystal Games updated Encased the game to version 0.17.521.1337. They continue to work on mistakes tirelessly: in this version, a bunch of uncritical, but annoying little things have been fixed.

For example: balance and items, combat sounds and enemies, localization, dialogues and quests.

The underground arena is now more balanced, merchants have vital items, and grenades no longer break after buying them.

On May 15, the DevGAMM Awards 2020 award ceremony took place. Although the coronavirus did not allow to hold the traditional event, organizers moved the exhibition and ceremony online. Dark Crystal Games regularly visit DevGAMM, but this time they didn't have to go anywhere.

Opponents were strong, but the team managed to win in two categories: Best Desktop Game and Grand Prize. For that, of course, they are very grateful to the jury.

Best Desktop Game was awarded to the best computer game of the exhibition. Time after time, Best Desktop Game received only successful projects loved by players and critics alike. The team is happy to be among them and will try to meet the high expectations of the community.

The Grand Prize was given for the best game of the exhibition on any platform. We remind you that after release on PC, Encased will also be released on all modern consoles.

Encased will soon leave the early access and every Steam and GOG user will be able to play through story from start to finish, find dozens of easter eggs and secrets, decide the fate of the Dome, and perhaps of all humanity.
